Commercial bank funding

Commercial financial institutions offer competitive finance options and instruments designed specifically to finance your solar energy solution. We ensure that you comply with all of the requirements from the financial institutions. With the surge of market entrants, banks are now doing due diligence on service providers before granting funding. RenEnergy is already on most of the major banks’ trusted installer lists, and in the process of being vetted by the remainder.

Self-funded

The client procures and owns their own solar energy soltuion using surplus funds available within their business. RenEnergy provides a turnkey installation with full commissioning and handover of the solution to the owner after construction has been completed. In this model, the entire investment and related insurances are typically paid by the owner, and RenEnergy could be contracted for Asset Management (ongoing operations, monitoring and maintenance). When choosing to follow the equity investments/self-funded route, our clients will typically have large electricity cost savings from the onset of the project and they will have control over their own future energy tariff increases. We can provide costing information for financial year budgeting. Businesses may benefit from tax allowances, based on their specific tax position, making the investment more viable.
