As part of an industry defining the next generation of energy, we don’t just innovate through technology, we innovate through people. With decades of combined experience in commercial solar PV - from solar carports to energy storage and EV charging - our team brings sharp expertise and relentless dedication to every project.

On average, we dedicate over 4,000 man-hours every week to installing clean energy solutions across the UK and South Africa. But those hours aren’t just counted in kilowatts installed. They’re counted in collaboration, care and consistency - values that guide how we work with one another and how we serve our clients. We foster a culture built on trust, respect and integrity - not just within our teams, but in every client relationship we build.

We don’t all speak the same language and that’s a good thing

Recently, every member of the RenEnergy team took the Myers-Briggs 16 personalities test - not to put people in boxes, but to better understand how we each think, lead, listen, and learn. From strategists to explorers, thinkers to doers, the workshops sparked genuine conversations, plenty of laughs, and fresh ideas about how to work together more effectively.

We learnt that teamwork isn’t one-size-fits-all.
Some of us thrive on structure. Others on flexibility.
Some need time to process feedback. Others dive straight in.

And once we stopped expecting everyone to work the same way, something clicked - we started working better. With more awareness, more patience, and more purpose.
